Your new role
As the Head of Network, you will be responsible for designing, optimising, and leading the organisation’s end-to-end logistics network strategy. You will oversee the development of efficient transportation and distribution models, ensuring cost optimisation, service reliability, and scalability to support business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading network design and optimisation initiatives across regional and global operations
- Driving continuous improvement in logistics efficiency, cost performance, and service levels
- Managing capacity planning and network expansion projects
- Collaborating closely with commercial, operations, and technology teams to align network strategies with business objectives
- Leveraging data analytics and digital tools to enhance visibility and decision-making
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of logistics and network professionals
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping, with a strong focus on network design and optimisation
- Proven track record in a leadership role, ideally within large-scale or multi-country operations
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in network modelling tools and data-driven decision-making
- Deep understanding of transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and driving cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (advanced qualifications will be advantageous)
