Your new role

• Leading network design and optimisation initiatives across regional and global operations
• Driving continuous improvement in logistics efficiency, cost performance, and service levels
• Managing capacity planning and network expansion projects
• Collaborating closely with commercial, operations, and technology teams to align network strategies with business objectives
• Leveraging data analytics and digital tools to enhance visibility and decision-making
• Leading and developing a high-performing team of logistics and network professionals

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping, with a strong focus on network design and optimisation
• Proven track record in a leadership role, ideally within large-scale or multi-country operations
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in network modelling tools and data-driven decision-making
• Deep understanding of transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and driving cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (advanced qualifications will be advantageous)
