A highly reputable group is looking for a Head of Legal to join their Singapore office.
Your new role
The Head of Legal will be supporting the group's legal, corporate governance and corporate secretary functions. You will be responsible for ensuring that the group operates within its legal framework while potentially supporting its investment and portfolio entities. This role would also look into serving as an advisor for its investment transactions and advising on acquisitions, divestment, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require a degree in law with at least 15 to 20 years of experience with adminstration to practice law in Singapore or common law jurisdiction. You are a strong business partner and ideally have experience in corporate law, M7A and investment related transactions.What you need to do now
