Your new role
As the Head of HR, you will take ownership of both the strategic direction and operational execution of the HR function across the organisation.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will partner closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives. You will be responsible for driving initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits, while ensuring strong governance and compliance across all markets.
You will also play a key role in organisational transformation, strengthening culture, improving HR processes, and supporting business expansion across the region. In addition, you will oversee the organisation’s HR systems, leading optimisation and regional enhancements, as well as managing HR data and reporting capabilities.
The role will also carry oversight of office administration and workplace operations, ensuring efficient support functions across both local and regional offices.
What you’ll need to succeed
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 7–10 years of HR leadership experience, ideally within architecture, engineering, construction, or similarly operations‑driven environments
- Strong experience in organisational transformation, change management, and stakeholder engagement
- Solid understanding of employment legislation, compliance, and risk management
- Proven ability to engage with senior leadership and Board‑level stakeholders
- Experience with HR systems and HR analytics
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to operate in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment
