Your new company

A subsidiary of a major Chinese petrochemical company is looking for a Head of Human resource to join their team.

Your new role

Reporting to the CEO, managing a team of 2, you will be in-charge of developing and implementing HR strategies aligning to the organisation's goals and objectives.

The key focus will be in the area of talent management, such as succession planning and career development, training and development, such as identifying training needs and developing training programs.

You will also look into performance management, talent attraction, compensation and benefits and oversee all HR administration tasks such as payroll, employee records management and HRIS maintenance.

In addition, the head of HR will need to work closely with top management to drive organisational effectiveness and efficiency through HR initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with last 3–5 years in a supervisory position

• Candidates in the oil and energy industry are preferred.
