Your new role
As the Head of Department, Human Resources, you will lead the overall HR function and provide strategic and operational guidance across the organisation. This role has end‑to‑end accountability for people policies, workforce practices, and HR governance, while remaining closely involved in day‑to‑day HR execution.
You will partner with senior leaders and department heads to support organisational planning, talent needs, and workforce effectiveness. The role also involves managing employee relations matters, overseeing reward and performance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the organisation on HR‑related matters with external parties.
In addition, you will lead and develop the HR team, manage departmental budgets, and drive HR initiatives that support both business continuity and employee well‑being.
