A leading European supplier of post-trading services, providing securities settlement, custody, and liquidity management for global markets is looking for a Head of HR, to look after APAC and Middle East markets.

Your new role

• Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will be managing the HR team covering Singapore, APAC & M.E. region with the full spectrum of HR-related matters.

• The role involves leading and developing a local HR team of five members, while acting as the HR representative for the Singapore, APAC, and Middle East regions.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to align HR policies with business goals, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• The position oversees recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and provides career guidance and succession planning support.
• Additionally, it involves advising on salary reviews, benefits alignment, managing relocations, and working with HR Controlling on budgeting.
• The role also ensures timely payroll execution and handles employee engagement, performance, and grievance issues.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor degree with at least 8–10 years’ experience as a professional HR Generalist in the banking or financial industry, with good hands-on knowledge.

• Great communication skills and strong leadership skills

• Candidates with experience in SAP are preferred.
