Front Office Integration Management - Singapore

Your new role
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for Front Office colleagues in integration-related activities, including but not limited to the following:
  • Client preparation activities for PBM to migration, e.g. support for client communications, client re-papering, queries on the migration process, information onproduct decommission;
  • Oversee and track pre-migration data remediation activities on client accounts
  • Oversee and track client consent completion
  • Partner with various Business / Functional SMEs (such as Operation, Product Teams, Migration specialist) for timely issue resolution during post migration phase.
  • Contribute the key feedback themes obtained to Central Familiarization Stream to supplement the internal training / support materials to bridge knowledge gaps and to continually improve the internal processes.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Prior experience in dealing with Wealth Management clients, process or platforms, ideally for at least 5 years.
  • Language proficiencies in English, Mandarin and / or Cantonese, based in Singapore / Hong Kong in order to support local clients base
  • Project management skill sets / experiences – The candidate shall be people-oriented, with good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solution oriented, with ability to pick up information quickly, think outside the box, and deliver responses confidently to non-technical audiences
  • Highly committed, resilient, and have a strong focus on ownership of issues, and commitment to resolving them, managing stakeholder communication, raising incident channel, technical investigation (analysis, identification of technical component having issue), and following escalation matrix
