Your new role

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for

• Financial reporting: Manage monthly close and preparation of management reports; oversee payroll, expenses, distributions and cash management across entities; and coordinate quarterly financial reporting with external service providers for venture capital and private funds.
• Audit, regulatory & tax compliance: Prepare and manage audit and regulatory filings (including MAS quarterly and annual surveys), and work with HR and external tax advisors on IRAS filings such as Form C, IR8A and GST.
• Stakeholder coordination & support: Liaise with stakeholders on legal matters, and provide ad-hoc and administrative support as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a Finance role

• Degree in Accounting, preferably with Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accreditation

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
