As a Finance Controller / Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily finance operations and financial reports, as well as play a key role in setting strategic directions together with the CFO. This includes:
As a Finance Controller / Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily finance operations and financial reports, as well as play a key role in setting strategic directions together with the CFO. This includes:
- Managing a team of 4-5, overseeing daily finance operations
- Timely preparation of financial reports for internal/external stakeholders
- Business partnering with key stakeholders
- Financial planning & analysis
- Support ad-hoc business expansion and fundraising exercises
What you'll need to succeed
This role is open to candidates with a minimum of 5 years in finance related roles, including 5 years of experience leading a team. You would do well if you thrive in a fast-paced working environment and is willing to be hands-on. Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with strong communications skills are a huge bonus.
