An SGX listed manufacturing firm is looking for a Finance Controller as part of their succession planning.

Your new role

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial management, statutory compliance, and financial reporting of the Group. This role ensures adherence to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), SGX listing requirements, and regulatory obligations while supporting operational performance in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting knowledge with commercial acumen and experience in cost accounting within manufacturing operations.

What you'll need to succeed

You will require at least a Degree in Accountancy or Business Finance with at least 10 to 15 years of experience, ideally in the manufacturing space. You are someone with strong leadership skill sets and good at operations. You are a strong business partner who is able to deal with various stakeholders.
