• Own key aspects of the month‑end close, ensuring accurate, timely, and well‑controlled financial outputs.
• Drive automation and finance transformation initiatives in partnership with Finance and Engineering to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Strengthen the control environment by supporting audits, managing process risks, and embedding strong governance and documentation standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in financial services, or a buy-side firm
• Experience in a similar Finance role
• Exposure to automation or transformation initiatives will be highly valued
