Client is an investment company seeking to hire a Facilities Executive (Contract) for a freehold condominium development.

Location: Central
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm

Contract duration: 1 year
Salary: up to $4,800 per month

Your new role
  • Day-to-day building ops for a multi-unit residential asset (28 units)
  • Vendor & contractor coordination (repairs, PPM, small works)
  • MCST/strata liaison, incident logging, permits, compliance scheduling
  • Tenant coordination (move-in/out, defect rectification, keys/access)
  • Basic M&E familiarity (ACMVs, electrical DBs, pumps, lifts—coordination with specialist vendors)
  • Inventory tracking and simple reporting (work orders, monthly ops log)

What you'll need to succeed
  • Prior MCST/strata exposure; basic safety knowledge (WSH), BMS use – good to have but not a must
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp/Email ticketing, spreadsheets, and simple checklists
  • Able to work occasional evenings/weekends if urgent issues arise
