With its core business based in the US, this is a venture-capitalist firm. To support its rapid growth, the company is seeking an exceptional Executive/Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team of innovators and play a key role in driving expansion and success.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Founder and MD, you’ll be responsible for supporting him on business and personal support such as calendar and travel arrangement, expenses tracking, managing his short-term home rentals, making reservations and personal travels.
Administrative Support
- Manage calendar, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence
- Track expenses, prepare reports, and facilitate reimbursements
- Maintain a social media presence and support online engagement
Travel and Logistics
- Arrange business travel, accommodations, and transportation
- Approx. 2-3 overseas business trips may be required per year
- Manage personal travel arrangements, including research and bookings
Personal Support
- Oversee property management, including utilities, maintenance, and supplies
- Coordinate household staff and services
- Arrange hospitality services, such as reservations and event tickets
What you’ll need to succeed
To ensure your success in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work remotely with flexibility for occasional in-person meetings
- Excellent English communication skills
- Self-motivated and critical thinking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and welcoming demeanour
- Effective communication and organisational abilities
- Globally minded with a passion for health and wellness (a plus)
