Epicor Functional Lead (Consultancy)
ERP Finance Consultant driving accounting, reporting, and process optimisation across enterprise systems.

You will be working with a well‑established organization delivering enterprise‑grade digital and ERP solutions across complex, regulated environments. The company partners closely with business stakeholders to modernize finance operations, strengthen controls, and enable scalable, data‑driven decision making across the organization.
Your new role
- Lead end‑to‑end ERP implementations and enhancements using Epicor E9, E10, or Kinetic, from requirements gathering through post‑go‑live support
- Act as the functional lead, mentoring and guiding ERP consultants and analysts across project phases
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex requirements into effective Epicor solutions
- Own functional design for core ERP areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Reporting (depending on project scope)
- Provide expert guidance on Epicor best practices, system capabilities, and process optimization
- Collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations, customizations, data migration, and performance improvements
- Lead and support key project activities including solution design, configuration, testing (UAT), cutover planning, and stabilization
- Ensure solutions meet operational, compliance, and control requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- 8+ years of ERP functional consulting experience, with proven leadership or lead consultant responsibilities
- Strong hands‑on experience with Epicor ERP (E9, E10, or Kinetic is essential)
- Solid understanding of core ERP business processes, ideally across Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
- Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or major transformation initiatives
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable ERP solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working in complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise environments
- Good to have: experience with Epicor upgrades, Kinetic migrations, integrations, or regional compliance requirements
