This role is with a regional engineering organisation supporting power generation solutions across Asia‑Pacific. The team works closely with customers, partners, and headquarters to support project bidding, technical development, and execution for large-scale power projects. Based at the Singapore headquarters, the role supports both business development and delivery activities across the region.

Your new role

• Support business development activities by engaging customers, identifying early opportunities, and building long-term technical relationships.
• Lead preparation of technical proposals, specifications, and responses for power generation projects.
• Coordinate internally with sales, commercial, engineering, procurement, construction, and execution teams to develop competitive project submissions.
• Manage technical clarifications and negotiations during the bidding and contract stage.
• Conduct technical and project risk assessments and define mitigation strategies.
• Support pricing strategies, teaming arrangements, and overall bid strategy.
• Provide technical oversight during project execution to ensure contractual and technical compliance.
• Maintain customer relationships through delivery and handover phases.
• Support post completion technical issues and assist with presentations and knowledge-sharing activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in power generation projects.
• Experience preparing technical proposals and participating in bid negotiations for large infrastructure projects.
