My Client is a pioneering leader in the crypto assets market, with its strategic headquarters located in Singapore and a strong global network. They are currently seeking a suitable candidate to join the operations team to help design and implement automation solutions while supporting our business and clients

Your new role

• Handling the lifecycle of trades
• Design and drive sustainable automation solutions in Operations to enhance scalability and efficiency of business processes
• Close partnership with the trading desk to provide critical support for trade management, confirmations, and settlement for our full cryptocurrency product suite
• Manage trade records and ensure data accuracy across multiple internal systems
• Improve client experience via data analytics and workflow enhancements
• Understand how our vendors play a part in our infrastructure and managing these relationships
• Perform operations risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate risks

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven ability to deliver solutions or high impact projects to improve workflows and operating models
• Proven experience in the design and testing of controls
• Familiar with end-to-end trade lifecycle and working with a trading desk
• Experience in Python AND/OR VBA coding or any other programming language
• Excellent analytical and communication skills is required
• Highly motivated with strong initiative to drive changes positively
• Enjoy solving problems and developing strategies to operate sustainably
• Able to multitask and work independently, as well as be a strong team player
• Knowledge of or interest in crypto assets or blockchain technology is not necessary but would be advantageous
