You will be working with a leading global financial institution, supporting a regional digital banking team based in Singapore. The team partners closely with Client Advisors and Markets teams across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia to drive digital banking adoption and deliver high-quality client experiences.

Your new role

As a Digital Activation Specialist, you will support regional digital activation initiatives by working closely with Client Advisors to assist clients with digital banking activation and platform usage. This is a hands-on, client-focused role that offers strong exposure to regional banking operations and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Client Advisors in assisting clients with digital banking activation and platform usage.

• Working closely with team leaders to ensure a seamless and professional client experience.

• Following up promptly with Markets and clients on enquiries and requests.

• Building strong working relationships with Client Advisors / MTHs.

• Supporting regional market coverage across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia as required.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related field are encouraged to apply, and fresh graduates with a background in banking or finance are also welcome.

• Strong client service mindset with good attention to detail.

• Clear and professional communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

• Conversational proficiency in English and Mandarin is required as the role may involve supporting clients and stakeholders across regional markets.

• Willingness to work shift hours and provide regional coverage for HK, SG, and AU, including public holidays where required.
