Your new role

• Support client lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation checks, and data updates.
• Assist Middle Office teams with operational tasks and project‑related initiatives.
• Ensure client information is updated accurately and complies with KYC/AML and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to streamline workflows and support process improvement and automation efforts.

This role offers strong exposure to end‑to‑end client lifecycle processes within a structured and supportive environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1–2 years of experience in banking operations, client lifecycle, or KYC/AML (fresh graduates with banking knowledge are welcome!)
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with documentation and client data
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a structured environment
• Basic Excel knowledge (VBA/Python is a bonus but not required)
