Top tier Global Investment Bank seeks Data Documents to join their Client Doc Team

Your new role

You’ll be working in the Client Doc Hub team in Singapore.
You will be responsible for converting documents (external and internal) to digital format using a high-resolution scanner.
You will primarily handle documents from reception to archival – this includes steps like pre-scan checks, scanning, data capturing, rejection handling and archival, as well as retrieval of archived, stored documents. You will also handle returned mail processing.
Work involves standard office setting, with the ability to handle time-sensitive documents and operate office equipment. In addition, staff will need to support in the partnership with Change the Bank team (CtB) to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for changes relating to job scope.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A university degree
  • The right mindset for change to drive the improvement process and adapt to changing conditions
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, simple indexing and web-based applications
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Able to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and in writing
  • Client service oriented and enjoys dealing with people (enjoy working in a team-based environment, adaptable interpersonal skills)
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Maintain the production area in a neat and orderly condition
