• Drives business‑focused AI strategy by understanding key commercial processes and identifying high‑value use cases.
• Translates business questions into clear data and analytical requirements aligned with commercial outcomes.
• Designs and maintains scalable, reliable data architectures and pipelines across multiple systems.
• Ensures data quality, governance, and cloud environment optimization for AI solutions.
• Partners with AI/ML teams to generate insights, validate outputs, and recommend actions.
• Measures value through KPIs, tracks impact, and communicates progress to leadership.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in automotive after‑sales operations.
• Deep commercial understanding across sales, pricing, channels, logistics, finance, and customer behaviour.
• Strong data architecture skills, including pipeline design, data modelling, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, BI tools, and workflow automation.
• Solid grounding in AI and analytics, with the ability to operationalise and validate models.
• Strong commercial mindset, systems thinking, and ability to communicate across business and technical teams.
• Combines business expertise with data engineering capability; pure technical or pure commercial profiles will not fit.
