Your new role
As part of the Client Document Hub team, you will support the end-to-end management of client documentation within a fast-paced operations environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review, process, and ensure accuracy of incoming client documents.
- Perform document scanning and digitisation, maintaining high data quality standards.
- Manage document lifecycle from receipt to archiving and retrieval.
- Support internal stakeholders, including client advisors, with documentation queries.
- Handle returned mail and ensure proper record management.
- Assist with process improvements and user acceptance testing (UAT) where required.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Open to recent graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or document-processing roles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks accurately.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
