Data Admin Officer - 12 Renewable Contract
Top tier Global Investment Bank seeks Data Admin Officer to join their dynamic team.

My client is a top tier investment bank in Singapore and they are currently hiring for Data Admin Officer to be part of a few teams in supporting several upcoming projects.
Your new role
- This is a critical role to ensure the success of client migration
- Assist the FOIMs in integration-related activities
- Tracking and reporting of client preparation activities for during client migration, e.g. support for client communications, client re-papering, queries on the migration process, information on product decommission;
- Collation and submission of pre-migration data remediation activities on client accounts
- Collation and submission of client consent completion
- Assist FOIMs in their partnership with various Business / Functional SMEs (such as Operation, Product Teams, Migration specialist) for timely issue resolution during post migration phase
- Create and generate report of task completion status, open issues etc
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2-3 years of back office/operations experience in banking/financial industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
