Your new company
You will be working with a well-established local swim school dedicated to building water confidence and essential life skills in children. The school is known for its supportive, family-oriented culture and commitment to high-quality instruction, safety, and customer care. With multiple class schedules across weekdays and weekends, the team works collaboratively to deliver a positive experience for both students and parents.
Your new role
This position focusses on customer service responsibilities. However, if you are keen to pursue your interest as a swim coach (You do not need to be a certified swim coach, training will be provided), do apply as well. You will be front-facing with parents and students, handling enquiries, class coordination, and enrolments, while also assisting with or conducting swim lessons depending on experience. As part of a close-knit team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer experiences, and safe, engaging swim sessions. Shift work is required, including evenings and weekends, aligned with class schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
Customer service mindset: Friendly, confident, and professional when engaging with parents, students, and instructors.
Strong communication skills: Clear verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain programmes, schedules, and policies patiently.
