Your new role
- Manage and process all aspects of the client purchase order through generation of order, distributing goods and invoicing
- Processing order management, coordinating very closely with service providers such as freight forwarders and warehouse to ensure proper shipping arrangement
- Accountable to track all order status to ensure sales and service orders are allocated and shipped on time
- Creating and maintaining master data and price list in SAP and answering to customers enquires.
- Work with finance on billing and invoicing matters
- Maintain all administrative documentation and inventory records
What you'll need to succeed
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related
- At least 3 years working experience in a similar role
- Experienced in Excel
- Someone who is a team player and enjoy working in a multinational company
