My client is a global leader in medical packaging located in Buona Vista. A brand-new role reporting to the Sales Lead, they are looking for a Customer Care Executive.

Your new role

• Provide customer service support to internal and external customers.
• Play a critical role in the order management process, ensuring the timely processing of orders and realistic delivery dates are confirmed.
• Develop long-term relationships with assigned customers and key stakeholders.
• Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of orders according to customer needs.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years in a similar position
• Experience with customer management and order fulfilment process
• Worked in a B2B business setting
• Proficiency in SAP
• Flexible to take evening calls occasionally
