Client is an electricity distribution company in Singapore seeking to hire a Customer Care Officer
Your new role
•Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction.
•Deliver appropriate solutions and alternatives within stipulated timelines to meet service KPIs.
•Address a wide range of customer issues including high consumption, bill presentation, account opening/termination, and bill adjustments.
•Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
•Support other operational tasks and assignments as required to ensure smooth team functioning.
