Your new company
You will be working for an established Retail brand who have a strong presence both regionally and globally.
Your new role
You will be strategizing, executing and driving CRM campaigns regionally. The role would require you to analyze performance trends across the various business touchpoint, draw insights and formulate initiatives which would drive business growth. Furthermore, you will be working closely with various internal stakeholder to optimize Marketing campaigns. Finally, you will be ensuring the marketing collaterals align with headquarter direction yet aligned with local trends.
What you'll need to succeed
A Bachelor's or Diploma in a Business related field with at least 3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). An ideal candidate should be strong with data and have solid working knowledge on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Moreover, you should have experience driving campaign performance with a Retail or E-Commerce firm. Finally, you should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
