Your new role
You will be taking ownership of all CRM strategic and executional processes for the APAC region. This includes ensuring optimal customer engagement, retention and client experience. As a CRM Manager you will be working closely with various internal stakeholders to drive optimal client engagement activities. Furthermore, you will be in-charge of analysing large amounts of data and planning successful marketing campaigns.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need at least 5 years of experience in CRM with background in the Retail industry being a huge plus. Working knowledge on Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a huge plus. You should be an analytical individual and be data driven. Finally, you should have strong communications and stakeholder management skills.
