Your new role

As the Credit Risk Manager, you will be a key player in the risk management team, responsible for assessing and managing the credit risk associated with the diverse portfolio of financial products and services. You will develop and implement credit risk policies and procedures, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Your role will involve conducting detailed credit risk assessments, analysing financial statements, and evaluating the creditworthiness of counterparties. You will also monitor and report on credit risk exposures, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. In addition, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure that credit risk is effectively managed across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

In order for you to succeed in this position, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

• 5 years of experience in credit risk management within the financial services industry

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• The ability and drive to work as an individual contributor
