Your new role
- Authorise, validation, repair and execution of inbound – outbound instructions (from customers/to depositories/agent)
- Contact depository, issuer, delivery/paying agents for reconciliation purposes or event clarifications
- Instruct and reconcile cash and/or securities discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support complex customer queries and take charge of investigations
- Escalate and report issues to Management
- Support any other tasks related to Corporate Actions
What you'll need to succeed
- Possess 1–3 years of experience in the banking industry.
- Knowledge of bank operations, able to read SWIFTs, familiar with equities/bonds
- Meticulous and ability to multitask
