A leading property developer with a diverse portfolio is seeking a Contracts & Commercial Executive. You will play a key role in ensuring that all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) goods and services are procured efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in compliance with organizational standards. Centrally located in Singapore

Your new role

• Managing end‑to‑end procurement activities for M&E categories, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor selection
• Preparing, reviewing, and administering contracts, purchase orders, and tender documents
• Evaluating suppliers on quality, reliability, pricing, and service performance
• Supporting project teams on procurement timelines to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitoring contract performance, variations, and compliance with organizational policies
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure procurement needs are met
• Maintaining accurate procurement records and ensuring adherence to audit requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• A Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline
• At least 4 years of experience in procurement, contracts administration, or M&E–related functions
• Ideally, someone from the main contractor
• Strong understanding of M&E materials, services, or industry practices
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive team player with a positive working attitude
