Your new role

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Hays Legal team to resolve HR related matters relating to contractors ongoing employment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate response to queries by candidates and contractors
  • Manage ad-hoc contractor queries, including issues related to time sheets, leave balance, payslips, expenses etc.
  • Oversee the end to employment lifecycle for payroll only contractors
  • Ensures smooth daily operations of the Contractors
  • Assist with administration support to recruiters for contractor management
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end EP application process for contractors, including ensure compliance to TAFEP requirements
  • Ensure there is appropriate communication between client, CEM and candidate about MOM’s decision on work pass at every stage
