A beauty MNC is looking for a Consumer Engagement Manager in Singapore

A beauty MNC is seeking an experienced Consumer Engagement Manager to drive meaningful, data-led relationships between their brands and consumers. This role will play a critical part in shaping end-to-end consumer journeys, strengthening loyalty, and elevating brand experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.

Your new role

  • Define and execute comprehensive consumer engagement strategies aligned with brand, marketing, and commercial objectives in SEA markets

  • Own the consumer lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding to retention, loyalty, and advocacy

  • Lead CRM, loyalty, and personalization initiatives, leveraging consumer data and insights to optimize engagement and lifetime value

  • Partner with brand, digital, media, and regional teams to deliver integrated, omnichannel campaigns

  • Translate consumer insights, behaviors, and trends into actionable strategies and compelling experiences

  • Oversee content and storytelling frameworks that enhance consumer connection and brand desirability

  • Monitor and report on engagement performance, using KPIs and analytics to drive continuous improvement

  • Manage agencies and external partners where required, ensuring best-in-class execution

What you'll need to succeed

  • 6–8+ years of experience in consumer engagement, CRM or brand marketing in beauty industry in SEA markets

  • Strong understanding of consumer journey mapping, segmentation, and data-driven marketing

  • Experience working with CRM platforms, loyalty programs, and marketing automation tools

  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Passion for brands, storytelling, and creating memorable consumer experiences
