A leading healthcare organisation is seeking a Senior Manager to join their Compensation & Benefits team. This key role will cover the areas of Compensation & Rewards - including partnering with key stakeholders to develop and implement C&B programs and policies within the organisation.

Your new role

Leading a team, you will cover the following areas as the Senior Manager for Compensation & Benefits:

1. Policy Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement C&B policies and projects.
2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of rewards services to staff, providing informed perspectives to HR Centres of Excellence (CoE) and other stakeholders.
3. Project Management: End-to-end management of C&B processes, coordinating with HR Business Partners to interface with Heads of Departments.
4. Advisory Services: Provide expert advice to HR partners and stakeholders on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job evaluation.

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years working experience in C&B.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and present to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects.
- Meticulous and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Independent, confident, and self-motivated, with strong stakeholder management skills.
