Your new role

As the Global Compensation and Benefits Lead, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior HR and business leaders, responsible for designing and implementing global compensation and mobility programs. This includes managing the annual salary review cycle to ensure competitiveness, equity, and compliance across regions. You will conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations to establish location-specific pay ranges, while maintaining scalable compensation structures. Your role will also encompass developing global mobility policies, overseeing cost modeling and compliance for international assignments, and supporting employee relocations in partnership with HR Business Partners. Additionally, you will ensure consistency in job grading, administer long-term incentive programs, and update compensation-related policies. You will contribute to strategic compensation and benefits initiatives that support continuous improvement and business transformation.

What you'll need to succeed

You bring at least 8 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within multinational environments. You are structured, analytical, and meticulous, with a strong command of Excel and HR systems. You thrive in dynamic settings, and your ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution makes you a trusted partner in the business.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
