A leading global container shipping company is looking for a proactive and analytical individual to join our regional team as an Executive / Senior Executive, Commercial Operations & Process Excellence. In this position, you will help strengthen commercial performance across multiple countries by enhancing processes, improving data visibility, and supporting digital and operational initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and service quality across the region.

Your new role

• Track service performance, providing insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Support rollout, adoption, and enhancement of dashboards and reporting tools across country offices.
• Coordinate updates to customer-facing and operational processes, ensuring smooth implementation across teams.
• Review CRM or case‑handling data to identify service gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in introducing productivity and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency in regional sales processes while supporting delivery of sales‑related training.

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or another relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, service management, business analysis, or related functions.
• Background in the shipping or maritime sector is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM or case‑handling platforms is highly beneficial.
• Strong technical capability in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and experience working with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different cultures and regions.
