A renowned, reputable and one of the world's leading international banks with a strong global presence is looking for a Medium Enterprise / Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team here in their Singapore office.
Your new role
To achieve individual financial and non-financial targets by acquiring, growing and retaining profitable Medium Enterprise customers within acceptable risk parameters. You will need to contribute toward achieving the team’s overall target by delivering optimal portfolio returns. Collaborate and build effective partnerships with other Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, Team Managers, Segment Heads. Market and sell bank products including trade service, cash management, treasury and investment. Prepare credit proposals and loan applications for customers and also prepare annual reviews on a timely basis. Work closely with the credit team to ensure good quality lending decisions are made while ensuring strict adherence to the prevailing EAR / credit policy.
What you'll need to succeed
• University Graduate
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business/commercial/corporate banking
• Strong track record in new-to-bank client acquisitions
• Excellent financial analysis skills and ability to assess client creditworthiness and key risk considerations / mitigations
• Sound product knowledge of Trade, Cash Management, Lending and FX and strong understanding of local industries, supply/value chains and market environment
