Your new role

• Co-ordinate Deal Assignment Process in APAC
• Work with In-Country Fulfilment Managers to assign deals within the SLA
• Work with Regional Implementation Manager to get resources assigned for multi country implementations
• Execute established routines to do regular follow ups with stakeholders to provide missing information & complete assignment tasks
• Maintain Deal Assignment Share Point & send out regular status reporting
• Manage E-Banking Maintenance for APAC Region and ensure timely & accurate turnaround of the E-Banking Maintenance requests
• Manage delivery of service by the offshore delivery Centre and ensure SLAs are met for timely turnaround time for E-Banking & Deal Assignment
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders and offshore delivery Centre in managing issues and escalations
• Prepare and send daily, weekly and monthly dashboards
• Run Critical Macros to identify data mismatch and gaps and work with stakeholders to fix them

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience preferably in banking, financial or other industry
• Comfortable using a disciplined development methodology and adhering to development best practices, standards and procedures
