  • A leading financial services organisation in Singapore is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join its executive leadership team during an exciting period of transformation and accelerated growth. Your New Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve on the executive committee and lead the full HR function. This is a highly strategic mandate with a focus on:
  • Designing and delivering an integrated HR strategy aligned with business growth and future organisational needs
  • Partnering closely with the CEO, EXCO and Board on people strategy, workforce planning, and organisational direction
  • Strengthening culture, shaping leadership behaviours, and rebuilding engagement across the business
  • Providing strategic guidance and coaching to senior leaders and the broader managerial cohort
  • Leading talent management, organisational development, performance management, total rewards, and succession planning
  • Driving transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-enabled HR workflows and new ways of working across the organisation
  • Building a positive, empowered, and high-impact HR function that is respected as a trusted partner to the business

What You Will Need to Succeed
Experience & Leadership
  • Significant senior HR leadership experience within complex, highly regulated organisations
  • Strong exposure to financial services (banking, asset management, insurance or related environments preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Boards, Group functions, and matrix reporting structures
  • Credibility and confidence engaging senior leaders and driving strategic influence at EXCO level.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with hands-on execution.
