A leading global organisation within the electronic components and interconnect solutions industry is seeking a commercially driven professional to join their Singapore team. This confidential opportunity offers regional exposure and the chance to work with a high-value strategic customer while driving channel growth across ASEAN.

Your new role

Reporting into the regional leadership team, you will take on a dual-focused role combining channel partner management and strategic key account management. You will be responsible for expanding the ASEAN distribution ecosystem while serving as the primary commercial lead for a key strategic customer.

This role is critical in driving revenue growth, strengthening partner performance, and securing long-term business through design-in engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in electronic components, semiconductors, or interconnect industries
  • Proven track record in ASEAN channel/distribution management
  • Strong experience managing strategic OEM or Tier-1 key accounts
  • Solid commercial acumen with expertise in forecasting, POS data analysis, and contract negotiation
  • Willingness to travel across ASEAN
