• CDP Architecture & Integration – Design and manage end-to-end CDP architecture, ensuring seamless data integration between platforms like Azure, CRM systems, and marketing tools.
• Data Pipeline Development & Optimisation – Build, maintain, and enhance ETL processes, optimising data flow efficiency and supporting batch processing improvements.
• Data Quality & Transformation – Implement data cleansing, validation, and transformation techniques to uphold accuracy and consistency.
• Platform Enhancements & Documentation – Collaborate with technical teams to support system updates, feature enhancements, and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Performance Monitoring & Governance – Oversee data pipelines, ensuring compliance with governance standards and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering/ warehouse designing
• Martech (Adobe/ SFMC) background is an absolute advantage.
• Skilled in data integration tools, including Azure and CRM systems
• ETL & Data Processing: Strong understanding of ETL processes, data transformation techniques, and data pipeline optimisation
• Data Governance & Schema Design: Experience Data Model schema design and industry best practices in data governance
