Your new role

• Implement and develop machine learning approaches to complicated biological datasets.
• Develop pipelines and cloud-based infrastructure for Metagenomic Data Processing
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement tools
• Metagenomic data mining, processing, structuring and interpretation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Background in life science, bioinformatics, computational biology or related fields,
• Experience in Machine Learning
• Experience in the use of general bioinformatics tools, knowledge of metagenomics is a plus
• Expert in R is needed, Python is a plus
• Experience in Linux environment, Shell scripting
• AWS essentials.
• Familiar with SQL databases (database design, access with R/Python),
• Familiar with Docker, orchestration tools (Nextflow or Snakemake)
