Your New Role
As VP, Insider Threat, you will lead the detection, investigation, and mitigation of insider threats, safeguarding the organisation’s data, systems, and reputation while strengthening its overall cybersecurity posture.

Your Key Responsibilities include:
• Lead and enhance the insider threat programme, including policy enforcement and detection strategies
• Monitor and respond to insider threat alerts using DLP, EDR, SIEM, UEBA, and NTA tools
• Conduct in depth digital forensics and investigations across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments
• Partner with Security Operations, HR, Legal, and Compliance to manage incidents discreetly and effectively
• Drive continuous improvement in detection capabilities, investigation processes, and response playbooks
• Provide clear investigation findings and risk insights to senior stakeholders

What You’ll Need to Succeed
• At least 5–7 years’ experience in cybersecurity operations, threat analysis, or incident response
• Strong hands on expertise in EDR, SIEM, digital forensics, and insider threat detection
• Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux internals, network protocols, and cloud incident response
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
