As they continue to expand their operations, they are now seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, Head of PM, to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving their growth and development.

Your new role

• Lead and manage projects through the entire project cycle.
• Provide technical guidance and project management oversight.
• Resolve conflicts and make decisions to ensure project progress.
• Develop design concepts and manage multidisciplinary consultants.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance.
• Conduct project risk assessments and mitigate strategies.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and uphold safety standards.
• Report to senior management and the Board of Directors.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years' relevant experience in development or project management.
• Proven experience as a Project Director for a development project.
• Strong background in industrial buildings and/or port infrastructure (Singapore and Asia Pacific).
• Exceptional time, cost, and quality management skills.
• Commitment to sustainability principles and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.
• Conversant with PSSCOC (added advantage).
