I've recently connected with a Singapore manufacturing-based company located in the East-West of Singapore that specialises in OEM spare parts, global network, service and overhaul. They have footprints in Europe, China, and Taiwan and, with the expansion of the team, they're looking for an Assistant Purchasing & Logistics Manager to join their dream team.
Your new role
Execute purchasing duties, maintain records, and coordinate shipments.
Collaborate with departments and suppliers on projects and overseas orders.
Handle claims, ensure on-time deliveries, and manage inventory levels.
Process purchase orders, shipments, invoices, and customer orders.
Source new suppliers, maintain customer records, and follow up on payments.
What you'll need to succeed
5 years or more with relevant experience in purchasing and logistics within the manufacturing industry.
Strong communication skills as you deal with stakeholders across levels.
Must have knowledge of freight logistics
Experience in inventory management, purchasing, and/or order fulfilment.
