Your new role
This is a newly created role reporting into the Global Head of Rewards. You will have the opportunity to design and influence the total rewards framework, policies and strategies across the globe, based on the needs of the particular countries. You will also work on various projects and implementing new initiatives. You will work alongside stakeholders of all levels, being a subject matter expert and partner on all Rewards matters.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have around 5 years of C&B experience. You have strong stakeholder management skills and a strategic and analytical mindset in Total Rewards. You have experience in designing C&B policies and frameworks. You can see projects through from design to execution stages. You are also comfortable being hands on with supporting annual compensation cycles.
