You will be joining a global and reputable company in the travel industry that is expanding its business with strategic functions. This newly created role based in the company’s headquarter will be focusing on strategic compensation initiatives to be rolled out to global stakeholders. Our client is looking for a hands-on Assistant Compensation Manager to join its global and dynamic business.

Your new role

You will be in charge of:

  • Fronting compensation initiatives such as salary review & benchmarking, incentive and rewards policies and frameworks
  • Staying relevant on business situations that may impact the compensation strategy and cascade to team
  • Conducting competitors’ analysis and benchmarking to ensure that compensation package recommendations are accessible by Senior stakeholders
  • Working on benefits-related projects and implementing new initiatives
  • Spearheading salary surveys and ensuring timely completion

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate is someone who has:

  • Degree in HR, Business or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Compensation
  • Strong stakeholder management
