Your new role

As Finance Manager, you will oversee financial operations and reporting across APAC markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards. You’ll lead a small team and play a pivotal role in transforming finance systems and processes, driving efficiency and scalability. Here's a snippet of the JD:

• Oversee financial operations and reporting across APAC markets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations
• Drive finance systems upgrades and process improvements, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
• Manage and mentor a small team, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Manage regional processes with local finance teams across the region

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of working experience, with at least 2 in direct people management. You should also have experience in managing regional reporting roles and system/process transformation/implementation.
