Your new role

As the APAC Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager based in Singapore, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the compensation and benefits strategy across the region. Reporting directly to the Compensation & Benefits Centre of Excellence overseas, with a dotted line to the Head of APAC HR in Singapore, you will be responsible for overseeing job grading, structure evaluation, salary benchmarking, and leading incentive projects in emerging markets. This role requires close collaboration with Country HR teams to identify learning needs and with global HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to enhance and implement HR solutions. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices that align with the company's business goals.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits within the HR field

• A deep understanding of local employment laws, coupled with a high level of integrity and discretion

• Being resourceful, independent, and possessing a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.

• A strong ability to navigate complex environments, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively with diverse teams will be key to your success. Additionally, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the capability to influence and drive HR initiatives in a global context will set you apart in this role.
