Your new role
- High level of responsibility in managing and coordinating activities around bankers
- Proactive, professional contact and co-ordination with clients, business personnel and peer counterparts
- Comprehensive diary management and scheduling of external and internal meetings/calls
- Arrangement of business travel and logistics
- Processing of expense reports and invoice in a timely manner
- Responsible for general office administrative duties, ad-hoc project and/or event
- Local support of visiting team members from other offices
What you'll need to succeed
- OPEN FOR SINGAPOREAN/PR HOLDER ONLY
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience preferably from banking industry
- Fluent in English
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive and motivated personality with attention to detail
